Travel Risk Assessment

We are currently unable to offer appointments to patients not registered at the practice.

If you are travelling abroad please make sure you contact us in plenty of time to arrange any vaccinations that may be necessary, at least 4 – 6 weeks before you travel as a second appointment will be required with the nurse to actually receive the vaccinations.

To book an appointment, please phone 01635 867171 and ask to be put through to the Treatment Room (or option 4).
