Jenny Marnock
Deputy Practice Manager
Jenny deputises for the Practice Manager and is responsible for Human Resource.

Maxine Bellman
PA to Practice Manager
Maxine deals with a huge amount of confidential and administrative work for the Practice.

Shona Deas
Practice Analyst and Administration Team lead
Shona is responsible for the day to day operations of our administration department and all data analytics (QOF/Enhance services) targets. This role ensures maximum performance income by running audit searches and submitting quarterly and monthly reports to CCG and relevant bodies, overseeing recalls, some research and raising of relevant invoices.

Sarah Geater
Finance Officer
Sarah deals with the financial matters of the practice and ensures that services provided privately by the practice are correctly charged and monies received promptly as well as ensuring bills rendered to the Practice are paid in a timely fashion. This role incorporates patient medical reports and facilities management.

Ayo Dairo
IT Manager
Ayo provides all IT Infrastructure and Telecom support to the surgery as well as other device management.

Administration Team

Our administration team deals with all patient registrations, recalls, data entry, medical administration and other administrative duties.

Prescription Team

Our Prescription Team (3 Pharmacist and a Prescription Clerk) process all repeat prescription requests and will be able to help with prescription queries and reviews.

Medical Secretaries

Our Medical Secretaries process all referrals to secondary care. If you have been referred to a hospital and have a query in regards to your appointment please contact the hospital administration department directly. Our secretaries can help with other referral queries.
