Flu Clinics 2020

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be offering various types of flu clinics this year to those who are considered “at risk” – Flu over 65’s, Flu over 65’s shielding, Flu under 65’s and Flu under 65’s shielding.

Patients who are in the high risk ‘shielding’ group: Letters are being sent out this week with a booked appointment time (alternative flu clinics are available). A carer who is over 65yrs can have their flu vac at the same time. However, flu vaccine for under 65’s will not be available until October, so a later appointment is required)

Shielding patients aged less than 18 years will be called to book their flu clinic appointment.

Household members of patients who are shielding are also entitled to the flu vac and should be booked an appointment in the relevant clinic for their age.

Patients under 65 years who are not in any other ‘at risk’ group: Clinics to be made available in November /December.

Patients under 65 years who are not in any other ‘at risk’ group: Clinics to be made available in November /December. For further clarification Ask a Receptionist a Questionor call 01635 867171.
