Submit an Asthma Review online

If you suffer from asthma we recommend you have an annual check up in the Asthma Clinic. Fortunately most patients with asthma have their symptoms under control, however an annual check up enables your medication to be reviewed, as well as providing you with any up to date information that may help you to prevent asthma attacks in the long term.

The Asthma Clinic is held on a Weekly basis on:

Tuesday Afternoon 2:00 – 5:30
Thursday Afternoon 2:00 – 5:30
Friday Morning 10.00 – 1.00

To book an appointment, please use our online patient services or phone the main switchboard on 01635 867171 and choose option 4 (or ask to be put through to the Treatment Room).

We also recommend that all patients aged 16 years and over who are asthmatic have an annual flu jab. These are given between October and December and can be given in the asthma clinic or in our annual flu clinics, alternatively if you are housebound the District Nurses can arrange to give you the flu jab at home.

This service is available free of charge to patients of the Thatcham Medical Practice only.
